 KAT MCCRYSTALKat McCrystal first became a Realtor in 1980 and brings over 25 years experience in Sales and Marketing to her profession. She was the Director of Package Development for Liz Claiborne Corporation in New York City where she was recruited to work in sales and marketing for a major fragrance sampling company. She was responsible for the largest launch in the history of fragrance growing her business by over $20 million dollars in just one year. After working in corporate industry for over 15 years she took a sabbatical and traveled to Big Sur, CA, where she decided to make her home. She then helped launch the CC Flow Company, and was responsible for the engineering, patenting, and marketing of its product line. After purchasing her own home in Monterey County she decided to find her way back to the business she always loved, helping people realize their dreams through the acquisition and wealth building of real estate investment.  BEN BEESLEY
Ben has been a REALTOR since 2002 when he joined his mother to form Team Beesley. During that time, Ben has been involved with MoCHA (Monterey County Housing Alliance) as a trainer and Board Member, trainer with Keller Williams, and member of the Monterey County Association of Realtors’ Legislative and Government Relations Committee. Focusing on first time home buyers, education and tapping into his knowledge and understanding of the changing market has been Ben’s strengths. Prior to moving back to Monterey, Ben was the Director of Alumni Relations at Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo-his alma mater. Ben ha s also been an active Rotary member, volunteer with Team in Training and is now working with and supporting Up with People as their North American Tour Sales and Sponsorship Manager (www.upwithpeople.org) |
